By David Robinson

Andrews Technology received official word that Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) determines NOVAtime as ideal system for their time & attendance needs, and selects Andrews Technology for implementation and support.

November 2013 – Gila River Indian Community, located in Arizona, has designated Andrews Technology and NOVAtime 4000 for the venture of integrating a new time and attendance work management system. The NOVAtime system will not only streamline their payroll processing, but it will also allow for remarkable information accessibility and communication between work sites.

GRIC will manage over 2,200 employees using the NOVAtime Time & Attendance system with over 60 NT6500 biometric fingerprint terminals.
GRIC will also be utilizing Employee Web Services to provide their employees with the ability to punch in/out at a PC or Smart Phone. Employees will also have the ability to view their own time records, schedules, status of sick/vacation/personal days, and request time-off electronically.

Jamie Blundell, Vice President of Sales at Andrews Technology, explains, “It was extremely important for Gila River to select a system that had a proven interface to their financial software. In addition, they wanted a company that would provide unlimited support on their Time & Attendance system 24/7/365. NOVAtime has an existing interface with their financial system and as we provide all of our clients with Unlimited Training and 24/7/365 support, Andrews Technology and NOVAtime was a clear fit.”
